Images taken during the 3rd Day of the 12th Annual Saints Peter & Paul JJV (3rd & 4th Grade) Basketball Tournament in Beaver, PA in a match up that featured the SS. Peter & Paul Lady Pacers vs. Our Lady of Fatima Lady Falcons 4th Grade Girls. This game was a really hard fought match as both teams traded scores and were knotted at 11-11 with 2:55 left to play. SS Peter & Paul pulled ahead briefly, but the Lady Falcons fought back and tied it up 13-13 with 51.4 seconds left to go. Both squads had opportunities to win the game down the stretch, but it was the Lady Pacers who hit the buzzer beater with no time left on the clock to pull out the 15-13 victory and advance to the Championship on Sunday. There were no losers in this exciting game and all of the players should be proud of their performance in this game.
