Photos taken during a conference match up between the Lions of New Brighton and the Tigers from Beaver Falls HS held on 10.14.11 at Oak Hill Field in New Brighton. This was a special evening at Oak HIll Field as it was Homecoming for New Brighton and Miss Lauren Mittner was crowned Homecoming Queen. In this contest, the Tigers struck early and moved out to 20-6 halftime lead. The Lions had trouble stopping the Beaver Falls ground game on a very muddy Oak Hill Field this night. The Tigers would tally 2 more scores in the second half while the Lions could only one additional score late in the 4th quarter as Beaver Falls went on for the 35-14 victory. Next up for the Lions is a conference match up with Riverside to be played at Oak Hill Field in New Brighton on 10.21.11. Good Luck Lions!
